Job description

This position offers support to our sales manager and to our bookkeeper.

Duties :

  • Assist with quoting completing procedure with costumers
  • Communicate with departments
  • Verify accuracy in orders along with invoicing.
  • Provide excellent service to costumers and clients
  • Keep accurate information updated regularly, purchase orders, invoicing, product inventory
  • Maintain Pallet repair programs, document, follow-up with customer and production
  • Customer satisfaction, reporting external or internal complaints
  • Back-up payroll processing

Must Have :

  • Strong knowledge and understanding Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office.
  • 3 - 5 years of bookkeeper/Sales assistance experience.
  • Strong customer service skills focusing on positive relationship building.
  • High proficiency and accuracy when entering data.
  • A positive ready to work and learn attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
