Position Overview:

Avidbots is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Sales Enablement Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in empowering our sales team with the tools, training, and information they need to excel in driving revenue growth.


This role can be performed primarily remotely with some infrequent travel to our Kitchener Headquarters.


Responsibilities:


Content Development and Management:

  • Create and curate sales collateral, presentations, and other relevant content to support the sales team.
  • Manage and organize a centralized repository of Sales Enablement materials with the assistance of Product Marketing.

Training and Onboarding:
  • Develop and deliver ongoing enablement programs, assets and tools to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  • Manage enablement requests and work with the RevOps, Marketing and Product teams to publish, communicate, and train on new and updated assets.

Sales Tools and Technology:
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage Sales Enablement tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and training on the effective use of the sales tech stack tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Gong).

Sales Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with sales and revenue leadership to refine and optimize sales processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement within the sales workflow.

RFx Coordination:
  • Act as the coordinator for RFP/RFI internal activities to support the creation and delivery by Sales of high quality submissions to Customers.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment between departments.
  • Foster strong collaboration to ensure sales teams are well-equipped with the latest product and market information.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related field.
  • Proven ability to create impactful sales collateral and training materials.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change

Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Sales Enablement or related areas.
  • Experience working in a technology company.


Requirements:

  • Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks

What we offer

Compensation is one of the main components of Avidbots’ Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture.


The estimated pay range for this role, based on similarly leveled roles in the organization is: $95,200 - $119,400


This role may be eligible to participate in Avidbots’ equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits:


Vacation: starting at 3 weeks (15 business days)

    • Additional paid time off between the observed Christmas Holiday through New Year’s day
    • 2 paid Volunteer Days
    • Flexible paid sick time
    • Extended Health Coverage starting day 1 (premiums paid by Avidbots)


  • Please note that the expected compensation provided is derived from a group of like roles within Avidbots. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
