Sales / Project Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales / Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all aspects of sales projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong project coordination skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the team. This person will be an approachable/personable individual who takes pride in building lasting working relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Main contact person for phone, email and walk-in clients.
- Answering client questions and maintaining communication with clients regarding project status.
- Following up on potential sales leads.
- Maintaining a consistent and effective social media presence on behalf of the company.
- Take lead in inputting accurate information and updating project information in the workflow platform.
- Submitting quotes to clients
- Scheduling projects to meet client and company needs as well as assigning production and installation team to projects.
- Completing pre and post installation worksheets alongside clients.
- Processing invoices and collecting payment upon completion of projects.

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have experience and be familiar with posting on social media.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to handle and manage stressful situations in a professional manner.
- Graphics / Vehicle knowledge would be considered an asset.
- Basic Adobe Illustration / Adobe Photoshop would be considered an asset.
