Job Description
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Sales of furniture, appliances, mattresses & home decor
- Cultivating long-term customer relationships through superior service
- Interacting with customers through face-to-face interactions, digital channels (text, email, social), and phone communication
- Assisting with store pricing, merchandising, and other store-related duties
Must Have Qualities & Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with people
- Previous experience dealing directly with customers in roles such as retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good computer skills with an understanding of e-mail & MS Office
- Physical ability to move small to medium-sized furniture items
- Interest in advancing in our growing organization
- Availability to work on MOST Saturdays, our busiest day of the week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

3) Shifts are 9am-5:30pm (some sale events require us to stay late until 9pm)
Experience:
- Retail or Hospitality: 5 years (required)
- sales: 3 years (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- CRANBROOK, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
