DNA Swag Ltd, a leader in customized apparel and promotional products, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in assisting our sales team to enhance efficiency and productivity by sourcing products from our supply chain, preparing estimates, and generating quotes using our proprietary software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with sales team members to understand client needs and deliver timely solutions.

- Utilize in-house software for accurate and efficient data entry, estimate preparation, and quote generation.

- Source products effectively from our extensive supply chain network.

- Ensure a seamless sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer use and data entry.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.

- Experience in Sales Support, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
