What you will do
- Lead the requirement gathering workshop with the business customers
- Ability to create a solution based on client requirements (e.g. data flows, journeys, etc.)
- Hand on experience on emails, push, SMS, audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, segmentation, building journeys, customer lifecycle programs in Onshore/Offshore model.
- Cross-channel communications using all modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of SFMC, including data and system management and reporting
- Lead inter-team meetings on the technical and business challenges related to customer Marketing Operations initiatives.
- Understand and map Business Processes & Challenges into our technical product suite, ensuring scalable, secure, comprehensive solution designs.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into well-designed solutions.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Marketing, Math or related field or equivalent experience.
- Solid hands-on experience (3+ years) with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Mobile Push, AMP Script, SSJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SFMC API, SQL, Data Extensions, Data Views, Automations, Journey Builder, Preference Center, Audience Management and Segmentation, Tracking and Reporting.
- Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Cloud Developer or similar role, with a solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and capabilities.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a must.
