Sanitation Technician

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for performing post operational sanitation (cleaning and sanitizing) of all utensils and equipment after operations are completed.
• Pre-rinsing, soaping, rinsing and sanitizing of equipment in various departments.
• Use of high-pressure system.
• Pre-operational inspection of departments.
• Adhere to established company operating procedures to ensure a high level of food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in French or English.
• Have a good knowledge of the principles of sanitation (rinsing, degreasing, foaming, cleaning inspection after), including familiarity with the operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work in a team or alone.
• Must be available for flexible hours, if required
