Style without attitude. And of course, excellent cuisine. In true Italian fashion, we rely on fresh ingredients. Our pasta is made fresh in-house daily. We make fresh mozzarella every day and offer made to order mozzarella dishes from 5pm-11pm. Our chefs prepare two signature meatballs every day. Personality Profile As team members of our SCADDABUSH family, our bar team is responsible for a setting a warm and generous atmosphere while mixing up fresh and authentic twists on our Italian inspired cocktails. As such, it is most important that they exude the following personality traits to our Guests, Team Members, Suppliers Partners, Communities and Investors (otherwise known as Our People):
