We are looking to hire a part-time, Scanning Assistant to work in our Windsor office with our busy litigation team. This is an entry level position.
Scheduling will be on weekdays between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. The hours per week will be, generally, less than 20.
Our ideal candidate will have good computer skills, be reliable and take care in their work. Expertise with Microsoft Office products would be very beneficial. Enrollment in a post-secondary educational program related to legal services is a definite plus.
Duties include:
- Scanning, and profiling, documents into our document management system
- E-mail filing and deleting spam e-mails
- Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with preparation of production materials and print documents
- Prepare files for closure & documents for shredding
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.55-$17.25 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
