Your everyday with us will consist of:

• Facilitating the Scrum process, including all Scrum events (daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.). Ensuring the events are positive, productive, have a set agenda and kept within the timebox.
• Fostering a safe environment for the Scrum team. Encouraging a comfortable atmosphere, allowing for open communication. Looking for opportunities to change and adapt to support the team's needs
• Identifying, leading, and resolving any risks, issues, and blockers. In some cases, working with colleagues outside of the Scrum Team to address blockers which require broader organizational support.
• Monitoring progress. Providing regular status updates to the Project Manager and Management.
• Leading, promoting and supporting the Scrum framework both within the Scrum Team and the organization.
• Leading the Scrum team to self organization and continuous improvement.
• Continuously demonstrating servant leadership.
• Supporting the organization in its agile adoption.

What you need to succeed:
Education and Experience:
Scrum Master Certification or on the pathway to certification as a Scrum Master, 3+ years working on agile projects as a scrum master or other project management role.
Skills:
Knowledge of agile development best practices and experience with tools such as Jira, Miro, and SharePoint.
Language Skills:
Bilingualism is an asset for this position.
Other Skills:
Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent relationship building skills, exhibits patience, tolerance, and adaptability towards various working styles and seeks to build lasting relationships and partnerships
