SalaryOur Client is seeking a Scrum Master for a Modernization Project that is developing new functions using the Agile Methodology, human-centered design, open-source languages and frameworks, and a cutting-edge enterprise containerization platform.
While this role is remote, candidate must be Canadian citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times during regular business hours.
Have a minimum of four (5) years experience in a Scrum Master role demonstrating proficiency in the following activities: Conduct all Scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos.
Have a minimum of four (5) years experience in a Scrum Master role demonstrating proficiency in the following activities: Conduct all Scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos.
Have a minimum of four (5) years experience in a Scrum Master role demonstrating proficiency in the following activities: Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and leveraging metrics to continuously improve the team's efficiency and performance.
Have a minimum of four (5) years experience in a Scrum Master role demonstrating proficiency in the following activities: Liaise between product management, developers, testers and business stakeholders to foster quality communication.
Have a minimum of four (5) years experience in a Scrum Master role demonstrating proficiency in the following activities: Provide appropriate oversight on the team's progress to ensure delivery is on time.
Have a minimum of four (5) years experience in a Scrum Master role demonstrating proficiency in the following activities: Ensure all scrum activities are tracked, and kept up-to-date, and reported on a daily basis; and reported on a daily basis.
Have a minimum of four (5) years experience in a Scrum Master role demonstrating proficiency in the following activities: Ensure impediments are removed, product quality and timeliness of efforts.
Have a minimum of four (5) years experience in a Scrum Master role demonstrating proficiency in the following activities: Leading, training and coaching team members.
Experience with the following methods: Agile Project Management Methodology; Agile Supporting software such as JIRA Greenhopper, RALLY, MINGLE, Zenhub;
Experience working in a scaled agile environment.
Experience working coaching Junior Scrum Masters.
Experience working with multiple teams/partners for a product.
Experience defining metrics and processes to support organizational and program/portfolio processes (e.g., program increment planning).
Some knowledge of Project Management Process Groups and Knowledge Areas
