As a Seasonal Ice Cream Scooper, you play a vital role in bringing our mission to life by creating a second-to-none customer experience. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced shop environment, ensuring that every customer receives a consistently excellent product and experience.. Responsibilities:

• Display positivity, passion and enthusiasm for Kind Ice Cream
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Educate customers on flavours and allergens
• Serve Ice Cream scoops and pints
• Roll waffle cones as needed
• Fulfill daily cleaning tasks
• Operate the POS, handle cash and debit/credit card transactions
• Wash Ice Cream pails and scoops as needed
• Maintain a tidy and organized shop
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to grow

Expectations

• Great stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Loves connecting with the community and customers and is able to provide outstanding 1:1 attention to each person who enters the shop
• Reliable, on-time and ready to work hard each and every shift
• Able to work weekends and late nights
• Understands the importance of inclusivity and is prepared to treat all team members and customers with respect regardless of differences
