Seasonal Land Care Laborer

We are currently seeking applications for hard-working, hands-on individuals to fill Seasonal Land Care positions with R&L Landcare & Janitorial. The successful candidates must be capable working outdoors, and in all types of weather conditions. There may be days of extended daily hours and some weekend shifts may be required. The season will start on/or near May 6, 2024 and continue possibly to the end of September,

2024. Employees can expect between 35 - 45 hours of work per week. Wages are dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

- general knowledge of operating equipment such as zero turn mowers, pull type rotary mowers, utility size tractors, push mowers, weed eaters and herbicide control sprayers.

- May be required to drive a company truck and equipment trailer.

- Available to work to seasons end would be an asset but may be considered to be shortened if returning to school.

Applicants must be able to provide their own transportation to the main yard site located near Bawlf, AB as well as providing a clean drivers abstract.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Salary: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
