Seasonal Sugar Bush School Tour Crew

White Meadows Farms is a growing family-owned and operated agri-tourism farm specializing in Everything Canadian Maple. Since 1998, White Meadows Farms has hosted Sugar Bush Tours every Spring to share the history and production process of sugar making with attendees of all ages. Over time, the tour and the farm has evolved and our passion for sharing our craft with others remains the forefront of what we do.

White Meadows Farms is seeking team members to be part of the 2024 Sugar Bush School Tour Season! School Tours will be taking place Monday to Friday from March 4th to April 19th. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, sharing stories with others and learning new things, we want to hear from you!

This year White Meadows Farms is looking to fill positions for the following roles:

• Tour Guides
• Taffy-on-Snow Makers

Base Qualifications:

• A general interest in history, geography and Canadian culture
• Works well with children of all ages
• Weekday in March and April
• Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (temperatures below 0, wind, snow, etc.)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs
• French speaking an asset
• Tour Guide or other public speaking/storytelling experience, an asset

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
