Outlook Housing Authority manages a property and program services portfolio on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. The Housing Authority provides affordable housing to seniors, families, and others, who could not otherwise access safe, secure housing within our neighboring communities.
The Housing Authority has a term opportunity for a self-motivated, results-oriented seasonal worker to join the Outlook teams for the busy summer months from May 1, 2024 August 31, 2024. The responsibilities are varied and include mowing lawns, watering, trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning eaves as well as assisting janitorial staff in cleaning common areas and vacant units.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Positive personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, efficiency, time
management and good judgment
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and work
amongst tenants and the public
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and
meet deadlines
Recognition of, and respect for people's diversity
Valid drivers license
This is a full-time, seasonal term position to work Monday to Friday.
The position currently vacant is expected to start as soon as possible with a term from May to August 2024.
