PT will be considered as well for the right applicant.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
-Experience with plating and expo in a fast paced environment
-Experience with ordering, prep planning and inventory management.
-Strong computer skills and experience with POS / Pro-Serve
-Proven experience as a cook in the food industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
