The Thames Valley District School Board is currently accepting applications for a Long Term Occasional Assignment teaching the Ojibwe Language Program for one (1) Secondary School as listed:
H.B. Beal Secondary School, London     
Assignment Details:  - 1 line, period 4 – 0.33 FTE

Course Code:  LNOA01/B01/C01
Start Date: February 5, 2024 
End Date:  June 28, 2024

The successful candidates must possess written and oral fluency in the Ojibwe language.
Candidates in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers and with the required qualifications will be given first consideration. 
In certain circumstances the Board may apply to the Ministry of Education for a Letter of Permission in order to meet its programming needs.  Candidates that have written and oral fluency in the Ojibwe Language but are not currently certified through the Ontario College of Teachers are welcome to apply.

  • Two additional references to be contacted. Please include a current phone number and email address for each. At least one reference must be relevant to education one may be from paid employment outside of the education sector. Both references must be recent and supervisory in nature.
