- Receive and dispatch emergency calls by telephone and radio.
- Receive internal/external telephone calls.
- Transfer information to the appropriate person in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of multi-dispatch calls.

Qualifications:
- You! Individuals enrolled or a graduate of an Emergency Telecommunications/911 communications program or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with multi-line phone systems (an asset).
- People who love helping guests and employees.
- Someone who is cheerful and courteous.
- Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada's Wonderland.
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
