Security Operations Manager

With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations in Manitoba. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and achieve operational excellence.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve set goals and objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to meet operational demands and optimize costs.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards are consistently met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to enhance cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field considered an asset.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role considered an asset.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Security Guard Industry.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
