The Security/Stock In role is responsible for ensuring the accurate Stock In, release, and check out of vehicles; ensuring inventory control; providing customer service to dealers and transporters; and ensuring all security related procedures are completed as per company standard.
This is a temporary position (up to 6 months) with a typical schedule of 830am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting dealers with various procedures and requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Responsible for site security by maintaining the auction perimeter and ensuring proper clearance for personnel and customers, transporters, and supply companies
- Responsible for completing vehicle check in/check out as per established procedures
- Enter vehicle data into AMS database & printing window stickers
- May assist with data entry for MOS and other systems
- Other related duties as assigned
Experience & Education requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a security role is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability & willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
