Keller Williams Real Estate Associates is looking for a talented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate is a motivated, customer service-oriented team player, with a good knowledge of technology, as well as being highly analytical. Responsibilities include answering a multi line phone system, collecting/filing paperwork, supporting our agents with their business needs, processing listings onto the real estate board, support with teaching virtual/in-house classes on various agent-related topics, and developing great customer service-based relationships with our agents.

We are looking for a reliable self-starter with fantastic people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with little supervision.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration/customer service experience
  • Previous reception experience
  • Previous Real Estate experience would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Positive and friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel)

Our brokerage has multiple locations which service areas in Mississauga, Georgetown, Oakville, Hamilton, Burlington, and Orangeville.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $45,000.00 per year
