The tasks consist of:

• Entering data into the accounting system (Quickbooks).
• Handling monthly billing and end-of-month journal entries.
• Processing deposits and bank reconciliations, as well as recording receipts.
• Recording supplier invoices.
• Daily monitoring of credit card balances.
• Issuing checks and preparing electronic transfers for suppliers.
• Investigating discrepancies in invoice recording and coordinating with stakeholders (suppliers and clients).
• Participating in the preparation of year-end files and external audit or review.
• Managing cash flow in collaboration with the controller.
• Any other related tasks.
