- Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding requests for part numbers and/or product information;
- Provide quotes/price requests and ensure the accuracy of the data provided;
- Receive and enter customer orders into the system;
- Create and send order confirmations, credits, invoices or any other document efficiently and quickly;
- Communicate delivery dates and follow up on pending orders;
- Participate in the shipping and invoicing process;
- Manage complaints and return requests for non-compliant products;
- Maintain good relations between the company, its representatives and customers;
- Assist/replace other department agents in the event of overload/absence
In addition, the Senior Customer Service Agent collects customer feedback and suggestions that will enable continuous improvement of our management processes.
