About the Division:
The Information Technology Division is responsible for information technology infrastructure and network management, specialized treasury application development, and electronic business solutions.
About the Team:
The Technology and Security team will oversee IT strategy, innovation, Cyber Security, enterprise architecture, change management, problem management and IT business continuity. The team will have a dedicated focus and emphasis on Cyber Security risk mitigation, digital transformations, and IT business enablement.

What can I expect to do in this role?

In this role, you will:
• provide hands-on senior technical leadership to advance OFA critical Cyber Security projects and enhance the OFA Cyber Security program
• support security operations and IT cloud service infrastructure projects in the areas of incident response, cyber program development, and security technology modernization
• support the development, enhancement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of specialized Cyber Security and cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g. incident response solutions, practices, and vendor engagements, infrastructure modernization, vulnerability management, identity and access enhancements, etc.)
• mature and develop security governance standards and supporting processes in the areas of vulnerability management and incident response activities
• support enterprise architecture and security review practices
• assist in development and maturity of security architecture review and mature IT governance practices in the technical planning, design, delivery and implementation of Cyber Security and cloud architecture solutions for large scale and complex I&IT projects

How do I qualify?

Information Technology and Security Knowledge

• You have knowledge of IT Cyber Security and cloud technology principles, methodologies, mechanisms and techniques with specialized knowledge of infrastructure products, services and troubleshooting methods
• You have knowledge of Cyber Security technologies, governance processes and practices, as well as cyber threat risk concepts, protocols and principles
• You have knowledge of Information technology systems and emerging security technology systems, tools and techniques such as: IT network defense and cloud technologies
• You have knowledge of cyber risk vectors and threat landscape trends including common and advanced techniques/procedures used to compromise I&IT service integrity
• You have knowledge of cloud adoption methods to minimize risk and drive the deployment, migration and adoption of cloud infrastructure workloads

Research, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• You have strong research skills to lead and conduct thorough investigations into the latest trends in Cyber Security and cloud infrastructure solutions, technologies, methodologies, and techniques
• You provide strategic advice, problem solving, and input into the Cyber Security program and solutions to address complex challenges, ensuring the robustness of Cyber Security infrastructure and organizational posture
• You are aware and stay at the forefront of cybersecurity advancements to inform strategic decision-making
• You exhibit the ability to conceptualize, interpret, and evaluate security exposures across diverse domains

Leadership and Project Management Skills:

• You have demonstrated knowledge project management methodology, principles and practices
• You can provide leadership, advice and direction on business risk planning and co-ordination
• You have team leadership skills to provide leadership to team members, develop others, provide constructive feedback and manage conflict

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• You have oral and written communication, mediation, negotiation, consultative and advisory skills
• You have experience with writing reports aimed at both the executive/non-technical management level and technical analyst level
• Your stakeholder management, partnership and relationship-building skills allow you to initiate and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues
