Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing
Purpose of the Role The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for strategizing, executing, analyzing and optimizing LifeLabs digital ecosystem. This includes end-to-end management of marketing plans and establishing new digital platforms/tools to enable Digital Marketing efficiencies and meet business/sales goals. 
The position is responsible for overseeing the execution of all paid promotions for LifeLabs as well and expanding on data tracking and analytics capabilities for reporting and optimization. 
This role will work cross-functionally with partners in communications, IT, product management, legal, privacy and the broader General and Advanced Diagnostics team to develop and explore and implement new digital channels and tools to enhance efficiencies in the Digital Marketing team.
This is a Full Time Remote role and can be based either in Ontario or British Columbia.
Core Accountabilities 
-Build, manage and maintain Digital Marketing channels to support LifeLabs organizational objectives. Channels include PSC TV screens, social media, search engine marketing, organic search indexing and LifeLab’s owned digital channels. This includes always-on evergreen campaigns and campaign execution leveraging digital menu to drive revenue, build brand awareness and win marketshare. This incldues both direct execution of digital campaigns as well as leading agency management
 
-This role is the point of contact for all LifeLabs promotion/campaign requests and channel/agency relationship management. The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to build marketing strategies and plans based on consumer segments and business objectives. This includes doing market research on trends to Digital Marketing strategy and surveying new channels, features and tools to improve promotional offerings and tools used to create automation and efficiency within the Digital Marketing team
 
-End-to-end development and management of LifeLabs’ Google properties.This involves technical development within platforms, audience creation, tagging, dashboard & event creation, special projects and integration within sales platforms/funnels, marketing channels and website
 
-Analyze campaign reports, make recommendations and optimize campaigns for improvemnets in campaign performance. This role is also incharge of A/B testing with campaigns channels, copy, creatives and budget. The Digital Marketing Manager will budget allocation per channel, portfolio and product and make recommendations based on spend forcast
 
-Performance reporting. The Digital Marketing team has annual revenue targets attached to shopping cart and website monetization projects. The Digital Marketing Manager position is accountable for achieving targets and reporting performance to portfolio managers on a monthly basis. The position also requires delivery of campaign and project reporting
 
Qualifications and Skills
-Post-graduate diploma in Marketing or Business Management
-5-7 years experience in a Digital Marketing role managing Paid Search and Paid Social activities
-Must have Certification in Google Advertising Suite (Google Ads, Display, Video, Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.)
-Qualified candidates must be experienced building end-to-end digital solutions, execute marketing campaigns and optimize performance on digital campaigns across multiple channels. 
-The role requires Digital Marketing and operational experience as the candidate will be responsible for the marketing, technical maintenance, customer service and revenue reporting for established digital revenue channels. 
-Candidates must be able to implement tags and events on websites and operate GTM (Google Tag Manager) and and build reports/dashboards on Google Analytics. 
-The candidate should have experience working in both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer models – prior experience in a healthcare environment would be considered an asset. 
-Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience connecting campaign execution to revenue generated through digital analytics programming
-Preference given to candidates that have worked in a marketing/advertising agency, healthcare and technology environment

This is a remote role. 
Hiring Range: 78,300 - 99,800 
The hiring range has been established, however, the final salary recommendation will be determined based off the level of experience, education requirement, external market conditions and internal equity.  
In this position, you will be eligible for Lifelabs annual bonus.
