Job Description
Aecom Mississauga is hiring a Senior Environmental Geoscientist.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serves as top advisor on projects of large scope and complexity and is recognized as industry leader in the field.
Applies advanced or newly discovered knowledge and experience to resolve crucial issues and/or unique conditions within a technical specialty.
Designs and provides project vision for new products and applications that align with the organization's long-term objectives. Regional expert on providing leadership and guidance in a technical specialty, and serves as the organization's spokesperson advanced projects and programs.
Provides marketing and business development support and may have considerable interaction with clients. Primarily an advisory, not supervisory position, but may have a small number of direct reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, earth science, soil science, environmental sciences, etc.) + 12+ years experience in directing environmental and remediation projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideally 20+ years experience in directing environmental and remediation projects
Experience with complex site investigation and remediation
Track record successfully filing Records of Site Conditions under O.Reg. 153/04
Track record of successfully managing client relationships

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position typically is $140,000 - $185,000.
