We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. We’re looking for someone with the vision, experience and passion to make a tangible contribution to our entrepreneurial culture. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a drive to deliver accurate results for our management team and clients.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, You Will…
  • Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for key expense accounts, including but not limited to salaries & fringe benefits, occupancy, systems, marketing, and travel across the global departments.
  • Creates variance analysis reports and financial models for executive consumption and decision making.
  • Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
  • Escalates any financial issues to management.
  • Provide recommendations to department leaders and executive to improve financial performance execution on key areas of spend.
  • Provide recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop new processes and models to capture and report on data more efficiently.
  • Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
  • Uses popular financial planning and analysis software to build reporting, dashboards, specific to each department receiving support.
  • Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams, as well as department leaders who are responsible for significant spend
As a Senior Financial Analyst, You Have...
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Economics, or similar discipline
  • CPA designation
  • Strong knowledge and background in financial analytics, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Analytical and problem solving experience with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Advanced skills with a financial planning, modelling, and reporting/dashboard tool (Workday Adaptive experience is preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills to develop internal relationships/ partnerships with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to complete tasks quickly in a high energy environment
