The Role

GeoComply seeks a Senior Finance Manager, Business Partnerships to support our Product and Technology functions. With a growing list of accomplishments in the Gaming, FinTech, and Media industries, and solid ambitions for future growth, we want to strengthen our strategic business support. We have big plans and are excited to build our team to support GeoComply's growth.

As our Senior Finance Manager, Business Partnerships - Product & Technology, you'll be instrumental in bridging our product and technical teams with GeoComply's financial priorities. You will work hand-in-hand with our business teams, helping them set and achieve their strategic goals while managing financial best practices. To succeed, you should excel at financial modeling, making sense of large amounts of data, and presenting information to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

    • Partnering with our leaders across the Product & Technology function, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and execution of their business plans in alignment with our long-term global business strategy
    • Provide strategic financial leadership through oversight of all financial initiatives of our product and technical teams
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our technical architecture and cloud requirements, bringing a financial lens to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of our products to develop actionable insights into performance, variances, drivers, and key business trends
    • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting by creating reporting tools, analytical models, and financial planning processes that support scalable business growth
    • Support the product roadmap process by implementing analysis to inform strategic decision-making, including decisions on product pricing
    • Oversight of Product P&Ls, including responsibility for cost & performance
    • Prepare supporting information for monthly management reporting as well as quarterly and year-end financial reporting
    • Support strategic goal setting and tracking of strategic targets at both a departmental and overall corporate level

Who you are

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field

Bonus Points

    • Master's degree or equivalent
    • Prior experience in one of our core industries (e.g., Gaming, Media & Entertainment, and Financial Services)
    • Able to simplify complex topics into easily understood communications through both written and verbal means
    • Able to work independently with minimal direction
    • Able to build deep partnerships across varied functions and geographies
$128,000 - $192,000 a year
The typical salary range for this position is from $128000-$192000 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors including, your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
