Senior Front End Developer (Remote)

### What’s this role all about?

Our Software Development team is working to build tested, scalable solutions that bring ProNavigator’s roadmap to life. As a Senior Front End Developer at ProNavigator, you’ll work to develop features, functionality, and architecture with focus on our user interface. As a Senior member of our team, you'll be tasked with more complex deliverables including supporting with solution design activities, and advising the team on Front End development best practices.

Your accountabilities in this role will include:

• Delivering performant, tested features and improvements across the product that balance creativity, user and business needs, and engineering best practices
• Being a technical leader on matters of Front End best practices
• Collaborating with team members, including actively participating in code and technical design reviews, providing and soliciting constructive feedback and solutioning complex product requirements
• Identifying and implementing required testing, including unit, integration and system testing
• Continually researching and learning about new technologies and technical approaches in the market to integrate best practices into how we work and innovations into our product
• Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Working with other senior members of the team on solution design to optimize user experience and  Front End performance

• 5+ years of proven Front End development experience of web-based enterprise or SaaS applications
• Knowledge of and experience with React is an asset
• Technical leadership experience including participating in solution design activities, executing against complex development deliverables, and supporting and mentoring junior team members
• A passion for software development best practices as demonstrated by the ability to produce readable and reusable code
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box, consider solutions from many different sources and create unique yet elegant solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a team-based development environment that prioritizes openness and sharing ideas
• A growth mindset characterized by a desire to continually learn about trends and innovations in the software development world and the drive to understand and work towards personal areas of growth
