Role description:

The Global Digital Learning Journey Project Partner provides broad expertise partnering and working closely with peers, specialists, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, scalable, future focused and quality approach is applied across all learning and digital content and key projects and initiates, leveraging technologies, and learning methodologies to ensure the success in offering and availability across the global business. 

The Global Digital Learning Journey Project Partner is a key member in the development and delivery of project requirements for standalone and blended learning offerings and initiatives through the partnering with SMEs, the People & Culture team and external partners leveraging the availability of self-service and guided learning.

Role accountabilities:

  • Manage the request process for digital training content and design initiatives coming from the business or through GBA Capability Leads / Capability Learning Partners. 
  • Partner with the business, SMEs and other stakeholders on digital needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and quality assurance while maintaining a strong customer / client focus. 
  • Partner with SMEs to design and develop training content in a variety of formats including graphics and imagery, audio and visual, animation, and multimedia to support training delivered via classroom, virtual, and self-paced online /eLearning. 
  • Project Manage, oversee and provide stakeholder management throughout the online learning journey design, development and delivery 
  • Advocate and ensure all content outcomes are aligned to the Arcadis brand and learning content design guidelines, including cultural and accessibility considerations. 
  • Coordination, consultation & support for the transition of digital learning content from in-country / region onto OLC, to enable global consistency and global availability. 
  • Support the Global Learning Journey Manager and Capability Development Partners to establish digital learning paths for business areas, roles, programs, and target groups to signpost appropriate training and career development. 
  • Work with the GSSC to load and support developed content within Oracle Learn Cloud (OLC), testing content behavior and OLC integration before launch. Utilising expertise, encourage and inspire employees to take control of their development, empowering accessibility and excitement through content and initiatives. 
  • Effectively communicate new content and initiatives utilising global and regional channels to generate enthusiasm excitement and take up. 
  • Support the Global Learning Journey Manager to establish a clear reporting and ROI against offering success and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

The Global Digital Learning Journey Project Partner will be passionate about all things learning-related and be highly motivated to develop themselves and stay up to date with the latest advancements in the (digital) learning / design industry. They are creative when it comes to learning design, strategy, and methodologies, be able to manage workload effectively and are comfortable with operational tasks required to create impactful learning experiences. 

Alongside this, you will have the following: 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, project-oriented organization. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Skilled in design, development, and implementation of training courses in subject arenas such as technology, project and programme management and engineering. 
  • Knowledge of current digital instructional methods and practical exercises to ensure effectiveness of learning strategies and content design. 
  • Knowledge and expertise with multiple eLearning authoring tools, i.e., Articulate Storyline / 360 / Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, and graphics, audio/visual editing software. 
  • Experience with learning and performance management systems such as Oracle Learn Cloud. 
  • Understanding of AICC and SCORM authoring and compliance. 
  • Experience and knowledge of content evaluation methodology and processes. 
  • Have strong learning agility, combined with a balanced mix of being curious, driving success and igniting passion and curiosity.
