Reporting to the Vice President of Legal Affairs, Ethics, and Data Protection, you will support all business units of L’Oréal by providing legal advice on their legal obligations and any issues that may have legal implications.
What you will do:
- Provide strategic legal advice to various operational units of L'Oréal.
- Provide opinions and recommendations on the legal implications of L'Oréal's activities.
- Participate in the negotiation, drafting and revision of contracts.
- Review various business documents, including advertising materials and product packaging.
- Coordinate litigation involving L'Oréal.
You are a member of the Quebec Bar and have at least 6 years of experience in law firms and/or in-house. You must have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in both French and English. You should also have a strong business acumen, initiative, and possess a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to legal issues. Experience in the consumer products and retail industry will be considered an asset.
