Join this one-of-a-kind team as their Senior Manager, Client Accounting, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the Client Accounting staff and providing strategic leadership and direction to the department.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee client financial accounting systems and processes
- Manage Client Accounting teams including ongoing mentorship and direction
- Assist with financial reporting to both clients and management
- Ensure adherence to client risk management policies and procedures
- Plan and lead system and tech enhancements
- Carry out Client Accounting process management reviews
- Conduct portfolio reviews
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as needed
What You Bring
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Strata accounting experience is a big asset
- CPA designation is preferred
- Strong understanding and application of GAAP and full-cycle financial statement preparation
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
