Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Defines and leads the achievement of annual goals with a 1-2 year strategic time horizon for the team
- Oversees all Systems Testing work, adjusting resource allocation and priorities as needed
- Acts as a subject matter expert for the team, especially with complex and uncommon testing-related challenges for software and electromechanical products
- Evaluates and approves significant improvements to testing methods and processes in response to newly implemented or revised policies impacting various teams
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure requirement and test case traceability, implement audit trails and data backup strategies while also ensuring the integrity of critical test data including consideration of immutability measures
- Requires a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years of experience or PhD with 7+ years of experience
- Proficient experience of leading and managing teams within a complex interdisciplinary environment
- Ability to communicate across departments with clear vision, strategy and goals
- Minimum of 7 years of Systems Testing experience
- Prior medical device and / or high technology instrumentation experience will be considered an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$115,120.00 - $172,700.00
STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
