As one of our Senior Communications Business Partners, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies that foster engagement, alignment, and help drive our strategic priorities. How You'll Add Value:

Strategic Communication Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that support overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify communication needs and ensure alignment with company-wide messaging.

Leadership Communication:

  • Work with key senior leaders to build their voice and profile, while supporting key leadership communication deliverables, such as Monthly Leaders calls, townhalls, annual conferences, podcast appearances etc.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and impactful content, including articles, presentations, and multimedia solutions that drive results and delight our partners.
  • Translate technical information into clear, accessible language for diverse stakeholders.
  • Challenge the status quo, bringing fresh ideas and the willingness to test and learn to the table. Having fun with comms is encouraged!

Employee Engagement:

  • Champion employee engagement and experience with all partners, using best practices, data and insights to drive discussions and recommendations.
  • Foster an inclusive communication culture, bringing DEI best practices to the forefront in all we do.

Change Management

  • Support change management efforts by championing change and identifying ways to sustain and recognize desired behaviours.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate globally with functional partners and our regional teams to ensure we 'think big and plan ahead' and drive consistency and alignment with plans.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact the broader organization, looking for synergies and opportunities to make life and messaging simpler for our teams.

Measurement and Analysis:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve communication approaches and tactics.
  • Help innovate by bringing ideas and insights to the table from outside of the organization.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Internal Communications, with a minimum of 5 years with a large, complex organization
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Solid understanding of communication technology and trends.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex communication projects from conception to completion.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling communications.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
