Are you seeking an impactful role in the energy sector? Adecco is presently recruiting a dynamic Senior Project Controls Analyst - Planner/Scheduler for a reputable energy company in Calgary, AB. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute expertise in project planning and scheduling while collaborating closely with project teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols while enhancing project planning and scheduling.

·       Develop, manage, and improve project schedules aligned with Major Projects methodology.

·       Collaborate across disciplines to create integrated schedules and gain management endorsement.

·       Conduct critical path method (CPM) analysis for schedule management.

·       Onboard and guide construction contractors on Planning & Scheduling requirements.

·       Analyze project progress, identify future forecasts, and assess their impact.

·       Provide expert advice to project teams and support them with accurate and timely information.

·       Audit actual progress, manage quantity tracking, and prepare comprehensive project reports.

·       Perform periodic schedule risk analysis and support bid reviews when necessary. 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

·       Bachelor’s degree or Trade background  is preferred

·       12+ years of direct Project Controls experience in oil and gas construction

·       Expertise in Planning/Scheduling, project management, and field progress systems and contractor performance management in a major projects environment.

·       Working knowledge of SAP, ECOSYS, Primavera (versions 7 or 8), and Microsoft Office

·       Proficiency in Primavera Risk, Acumen Fuse, pipeline, heavy civil, and high voltage projects is advantageous

·       Additional experience in mine and tailings projects and ability to work in fast paced environment is advantageous

·       Strong communication skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively

·       Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
