Exciting Opportunity: Join a Leading Oil and Gas Company as a Senior Reliability Planner in Calgary, AB!

Adecco is presently seeking a full-time Senior Reliability Planner to collaborate with our esteemed client, a well-established and respected entity in the oil and gas industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies aimed at mitigating equipment failure risks. If you boast over ten years of substantial experience in Oil and Gas Maintenance & Reliability, coupled with a robust proficiency in the SAP PM module, we are eager to hear from you!

  • Location: Calgary, AB| Hybrid | 4 days in office, one day WFH

  • Job type: Full-time | Contract

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with asset-based teams to manage preventive maintenance programs.

  • Scope, plan, and execute reliability improvement projects.

  • Standardize and optimize equipment maintenance strategies and plans.

  • Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) tools and processes.

  • Provide expertise in Equipment Bill of Materials and spare inventory.

  • Support maintenance work planning, scheduling, and execution improvement initiatives.

  • Develop training materials and job aids for SAP PM Module.

  • Contribute to the development and reporting of M&R KPIs and dashboards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of Oil and Gas Maintenance & Reliability experience

  • Journeyperson Millwright certification

  • Profound knowledge of SAP PM module

  • Background in upstream Thermal (SAGD) facilities

  • Familiarity with industry-related standards concerning equipment reliability and safety

  • Experience in change management within large stakeholder groups

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
