Senior Reporting & Capacity Planning Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Reporting & Capacity Planning Analyst to join our team in one of our National offices or remotely. In this position you will be responsible for leading a small to medium subsets of larger projects. Initiatives & individual processes that bring value to Xplore Inc. and, in particular, our National Installation & Service operations business. You must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to leading peers on projects, effective communication to teams and leaders, reviewing and understanding resource capacity & supply chain. In addition, to truck roll operational data & identifying trends when managing multiple channels and work types. The analyst is a professional who analyzes & plans the production, performance, demand of different systems and processes. You will use data, statistical models to identify opportunities, alternatives to improve truck roll efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer service. You will communicate & collaborate with different departments, stakeholders to publish and implement their plans and recommendations. You will also possess and demonstrate strong leadership, analytical ability and communication skills.

• Performing gap analysis, data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to support capacity/time to serve planning for work order deployment across the country and allowances for new orders when appropriate.
• Analyzing current procedures and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements to work flow.
• Identifying industry best practices, competitor practices and technology opportunities to improve efficiency, execution and reduce labor spend at Xplore Inc.
• Preparing and presenting clear, fact-based presentations to illustrate findings to Executive level audiences and gain credibility based upon those recommendations.
• Uses data and statistical models to identify truck roll opportunities and alternatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer service.
• Communicate and collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to publish and implement their plans and recommendations.
• Manages our internal dispatch system to coordinate technician resources nationally.
• Store data, creates reports, analyze reports, share findings with various company departments.
• Partners with cross functional departments to create/review and present analysis to various leadership teams.

• Minimum of two years post-secondary training in applied mathematics, statistics/data analytics, computer science or equivalent work experience which ensures an equivalent level of competency (2 - 5 years).
• Outstanding analytical ability - must have a data driven approach to solving problems.
• Very strong quantitative skills, great sense of how to dissect problems and a strong ability to “connect the dots” - e.g. understand how pieces of data interact with each other or how one finding should inform the result of another analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Operating Systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible and able to adjust schedule when needed in order to accommodate business needs when required.
• Bilingualism is a very strong asset (French/English).
• Previous contact centre, administrative support experience in fast paced environments is preferred.
