With your passion for building and managing long-lasting relationships, you’ll help us continue to expand our reach while setting our partners up for success. You’ll also create continuous, irresistible value that keeps everyone satisfied.
 

What’s On Your Plate: 

This is a great opportunity for hungry Senior Sales Executives with the ability and willingness to hunt and bring in new partners:

  • Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to closing new business 
  • Build relationships with partners within companies and provide solutions based on prospect’s goals and business needs
  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators and the competitive landscape
  • Accurately forecast and maintain pipeline and sales activities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate and work with different members of the Sales & Skip Teams 
  • Meet & exceed sales quotas
  • Establish favorable first impressions with potential partners through cold-calls and email introductions
  • Encourage partners to join our platform by understanding their needs and effectively communicating how our product can help.
  • Communicate the value that SkipTheDishes brings to partners and communities, and how our industry-leading technology benefits our partners for long-term growth 
  • Construct solid relationships with partners and set expectations to ensure they are successful
  • Collaborate within your team to identify innovative growth strategies for all markets across Canada


Recipe for Success: 

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle closing experience & a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Account Management and Client Support 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal orientated
  • Strong business value presentation skills and comfortability presenting to all levels of an organization 
  • Proven track record of sales excellence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of  a team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen
  • Ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems 
  • Written and verbal fluency in English (French an asset but not required)
  • Experience managing your workload in Salesforce is an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills in empathetic, persuasive and consultative styles
  • Ability to align with partners on shared goals for mutually beneficial growth-oriented partnerships. 
  • Driven and goal-oriented, motivated by both individual and team targets
  • Confident in your ability to problem-solve, handle objections with confidence, and rejections with tact
  • Positive attitude and proven self-starters who take full ownership and pride in their work
  • Ambitious, and knows how to work well alongside other high-performers while being eager to support teammates
  • Demonstrates time management skills, and a penchant for organization, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Receptive to coaching and strives for constant self-improvement
  • Experience with Google suite
