About Our Client
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent with expertise in mass timber construction for midrise commercial / institutional buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, with a specific focus on mass timber construction methods
Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, subcontractors, and other team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
