The Senior Solutions Consultantis a member of the Customer Success team become experts in the use of our software products and work with customers in helping them solve their asset management and planning analytics challenges and foster user engagement. The mission of Customer Success team is to design and implement technical solutions to extract maximum customer value from ENGIN™ adoption. This means partnering with customers to deliver sustainable, scalable, and profitable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, graduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience in a related discipline. Example disciplines are Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Math, Data Analytics, and similar fields
  • 5+ years experience in the power utility industry
  • Candidate will work with our customer’s to analyze asset data including health, cost, and reliability data. Experience with Enterprise Asset Management software and GIS software is particularly valuable
  • Experience with large data sets and frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, software implementation project management experience (Scrum/Agile)
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team; a self-starter, comfortable working with complex systems, eager to take on a wide range of responsibilities
  • Demonstrate discipline, high attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and preference for a work environment that embraces and capitalizes on change
  • Enjoy dissecting, articulating, and translating a combination of customer-stated and customer-implied needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer point of contact, project manage the implementation of our solutions and liaise directly with customer project manager, and act as lead for training delivery
  • Hands on work with new license sales to scope implementation for applicable modules and associated data models
  • Ensure understanding of customer goals and expectations. Address misalignments (internally and externally), monitor the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations, and communicate back to the customer
  • Manage delivery portfolio - monitoring, escalating, and resolving delivery issues internally
  • Apply Methodology, reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work
  • Work with clients and internal product development teams for continued development of the product
  • Partner with clients to solve their complex problems, merging ENGIN™ workflows and analytics with technologies and processes within utilities
  • Stay educated on new and emerging technologies, patterns, methodologies, and market offerings that may be of interest to our clients. Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and support account planning
  • Partner with Product Team to identify scope, user experiences and prioritize delivery via MVP/Agile release plans. Tailor delivery approach as required
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle, including gathering and developing requirements as well as and supporting technical sales
  • Work with shared service teams, such as Dev Ops, Infrastructure, Sec Ops, etc. to coordinate production releases with clients.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to deliver product demonstrations, engage with potential clients, and support lead generation
  • Support business development functions on sales calls by assisting in client needs discovery and demonstrating the product's value proposition as a technical subject matter expert.
