Job Description
- Work with product managers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to identify research and design needs on a variety of projects while cultivating opportunities and relationships
- Design and lead research studies that span the entire product development process, varying in approach, scale, scope, timeframe, and methodology
- Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops to solicit UX requirements from business stakeholders and prioritize and roadmap UX projects. Communicate with team members to define, implement, and iterate on designs and research
- Lead the creation and assure quality of wireframes, information architectures, and interaction design strategy that solves problems and captures opportunities on a wide variety of projects with greatly varying audiences and organizational goals
- Work with our clients, lead client presentations, coach team presentations
- Build a close and collaborative relationship with your team members to define and achieve innovative solutions
- Communicate project statuses, lead design critiques, and be an active member of various internal meetings/initiatives/etc
Qualifications
- 7+ combined years of experience in User Research and UX design with an emphasis on software and digital experiences
- Ability to lead and work well with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Proven ability to think strategically and develop novel approaches to research and design challenges while mentoring peers with your expertise
- Masterful skills in UX design, research, and strategy
- Strong understanding of UX process with ability to plan and lead UX projects Client-facing
