Job Description:

We are excited to welcome a Marketing and SEO Specialist to our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our marketing leads and rour expertise will be instrumental in increasing sales in our key markets and among our target demographics. This role involves close collaboration with our Digital and development teams, where you will efficiently manage manage campaign performance and provide valuable insights. You'll also take the lead in developing and implementing advanced analytics and digital attribution strategies, contributing to the success of our marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

SEO and Web Optimization:

· Optimize and update copy and landing pages to enhance search engine marketing effectiveness.

· Create, execute, and monitor email flows to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

· Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine rankings.

· Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization, including A/B testing.

· Implement search engine optimization recommendations and strategies.

· Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor advertising links and develop strategic responses.

· Develop and implement a comprehensive link-building strategy.

· Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into newly developed code.

· Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to infuse SEO into content creation and programming.

· Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Reporting and Analytics:

· Responsible for managing Google Analytics implementation and ongoing innovation of the tool.

· Act as a key resource within the MarTech team to measure the impact of marketing activities on sales.

· Ensure tracking pixels are correctly implemented on our websites and emails.

· Maintain ongoing quality control over analytics and data tracking on the website.

· Create informative dashboards, reports, and or insights for the organization based on A/B testing and other strategies.

· Collaborate to forecast KPIs to establish campaign and future-year goals.

Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

· Desired certifications in Meta Ads, and other paid search platforms.

· Successful completion of Google Analytics Academy courses (desired).

Experience:

· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in online marketing.

· 3+ years of experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and other biddable platforms.

· At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, report generation, and recommendation.

Skills:

· Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

· Strong in A/B testing methodologies for both sites and campaigns

· Proficiency in data manipulation tools, such as Excel or similar software.

· Expert knowledge of Google Analytics for guiding analysis.

· Strong written communication skills.

· Advanced ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
