Status: Full-Time

Salary: $16.55 per hour

We are looking for Servers to join our team!

This is a fast-paced hospitality venue and we are seeking someone who learns quickly, independently and can provide a great customer experience. Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic individuals that possess elevated hospitality experience. This position is eligible for Paid Vacations and Benefits for spouse and family.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus and help customer select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders – input all customer requests accurately through the POS system
• Answer questions or make recommendations for products we offer
• Communicate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills accurately and accept payment – split bills are allowed
• Ensure server station is always stocked and if any orders need to happen, they are communicated to the Support Manager
• Keep work area clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing storage areas, and emptying the garbage

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in an elevated fine dining Restaurant is an asset
• Smart Serve required – comply with all regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Hands on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Able to walk or stand for nearly the whole shift and carry up to 20KG
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Working Hours Required: 30-40 hours a week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Salary: $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
