We are seeking a customer service professional to help our company grow. This position includes both technical and sales support, as well as communication with company executives. The ideal candidate will want to be a part of an organization that is constantly innovating, and will be motivated to sell our products and services to current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries and resolve issues.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Manage incoming calls and communicate information to clients by phone and email.
- Manage incoming emails effectively.
- Respond to customer queries and requests quickly and courteously.
- Understand company systems and policies.
- Communicate information effectively both orally and in writing; listen to customers attentively, ask clarifying questions, and express empathy toward the customer's situation.
- Perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Must be familiar with hindi and English language.
