Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
