Service Appointment Coordinator (Waverley Chrysler)

We are looking for an Appointment Co-ordinator that loves looking after our customers!

The Waverley Chrysler Service Department is a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task and work with a high degree of accuracy is extremely important if we are to provide a great customer experience.

Essential Duties:

• Book Service Appointments that maximize the efficiency of the service department. You will make outbound calls to existing customers for service maintenance appointment, after service follow-up and other special programs directed by management.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly goals as established by management and maintaining current knowledge of all Service and Parts marketing initiatives and product offerings.
• Ensure needs for all service customers are fulfilled within established guidelines and available resources.
• Capture and update customer contact information
• Respond to all email and voicemail messages
• Perform cashier duties
• Invoice repair orders
• Other duties as assigned by your manager

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

• Previous outbound/inbound contact center experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
• Pleasant telephone demeanor.
• Great interpersonal skills
• Computer Skills – the ability to learn new software programs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.30-$22.72 per hour
