We are currently seeking a meticulous and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Concierge/Detailer at Mercedes-Benz In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing top-notch vehicle detailing services and delivering personalized assistance throughout their service visits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of Mercedes-Benz vehicles to meet or exceed company standards.

• Utilize specialized tools and products to clean, polish, and protect vehicle surfaces, including paint, upholstery, and glass.

• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance.

• Greet customers upon arrival, assess their service needs, and provide guidance on available options.

• Communicate effectively with service technicians and advisors to ensure seamless coordination of vehicle services.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including detailing bays and customer waiting areas.

• Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
