As a frontline support specialist, you will assist students and staff with technical issues, focusing on Wi-Fi connectivity and basic troubleshooting of Windows software and hardware. Job type: 3-month contract | Full-time then on an as-needed basis after that

Responsibilities: As a Service Desk Support, you will:
Serve front-end customers, including students and staff, addressing technical issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity and basic troubleshooting of Windows software and hardware.
Provide 1st line support, referring deeper technical issues to desktop or Apps support.
Ensure eligibility to work and reside in Canada is met.
Demonstrate prior Service Desk experience and familiarity with ServiceNow.
Possess a background in IT, with expertise in Windows and Apple iPhone support (experience with other phone manufacturers is a plus).
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Prior experience in a Service Desk role.
Proficiency with ServiceNow.
A strong background in IT.
Technical expertise in Windows and Apple iPhone support.
