WHO YOU ARE: As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the management of incoming and outgoing merchandise within our store. This role calls for a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail to handle a high volume of merchandise. Physical capabilities, including the ability to lift heavy items unaided and perform bending or crouching tasks, are indispensable for success in this dynamic position. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Receive and meticulously document packages, deliveries, and supplies.
• Thoughtfully arrange merchandise and display materials in assigned areas.
• Ensure systematic storage of merchandise and display materials in designated spaces.
• Skillfully prepare items for shipping, detailing contents, delivery methods, and logistical specifics.
• Swiftly identify and resolve discrepancies in shipping, storage, or receiving processes.
• Maintain a systematically organized workspace for seamless daily operations.
• Accurately price merchandise and oversee the return process to suppliers.
• Efficiently facilitate the transition of merchandise down to finished goods.
• Take charge of maintenance tasks within the building and its surroundings.
• Adapt to various tasks, contributing proactively to overall team success.

HOW: We currently have a part-time opening with full-time, management potential!Prove yourself, and you can step into a rewarding full-time management role as early as this July. We are looking for someone that is motivated and committed to being in Windsor. In order to do this job properly, you will need to be present in our brick-and-mortar store during normal business hours. You will work alongside other managers but will be expected to be a self starter that can operate independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
