Desiring a career minded person who is able to manage Shipping and Receiving for all areas of the business. This candidate will be trained in a multi-team workshop which performs high quality repairs for the marine industry. Must be a dependable, team player with strong communication skills. Ideally seeking an individual with a long term commitment to join one of the most reputable propeller repair shops in Canada.
Duties include:
- Monitoring the status of all work orders and items for repair in the shop, ensuring product is moving through the repair process as planned.
- Packing orders and shipping products from online sales out to customers, using a variety of courier platforms.
- Pulling items from inventory, packing orders and loading products into delivery vehicles weekly.
- Receiving purchase orders and scanning products into the inventory database.
- Sorting, stacking, and distributing products in various shop departments.
- Monitoring stock levels of inventory items, and communicating with office staff when purchase orders must be generated.
- Use of Google Docs, Sheets, GMail, Calendar and Drive to assist in daily operations.
- Providing status updates to customers when required.

Preference will be given to someone within an hour's driving distance of Buckhorn, Ontario with dependable transportation.
